Maxine Dennis is a member of the Advisory Committee. Maxine is a Psychoanalyst, Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Organisational Consultant. She has undertaken various service Head and Departmental Lead roles within the NHS. Maxine was also a senior clinician in the Tavistock Trauma service and Fitzjohn’s Service (for complex presentations). She was chair of the British Psychoanalytic Council Task group on Ethnicity and Culture and Chair of Ethics for the (Tavistock Society of Psychotherapists). She is involved in teaching, training and supervising in the UK and abroad.

Guy Forrester is an equity Partner of BUJ Architects LLP. Guy has a passion for the creative industries and has developed, set up and owns a bespoke complex of creative studios. He has been an active participant of 'What Next?' - an alliance of Cultural Leaders working to strengthen and champion the role of culture in our society. As a member of the Advisory Committee and Finance Subcommittee, Guy plays a key role in our building development and infrastructure.

Dr Robert Harland is a Board member at 10 Windsor Walk. He is a Psychoanalyst and member of the British Psychoanalytical Society. He is a consultant in General Adult Psychiatry as well as the Medical Director at The South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLAM). He works within the National Self Harm Outpatient Service. He is the Trust Caldicott Guardian. Dr Harland is Clinical Director of the Psychosis Clinical Academic Group within SLAM/IOPPN and the Trust Clinical Director for Lambeth Adult Mental Health Services. He is a Trustee and one of the founders of the Maudsley Philosophy Group Charitable Trust and editor of The Maudsley Reader in Phenomenological Psychiatry.

Dr Emma Staples Hotopf is a Board member and a psychoanalyst and psychiatrist. She trained in psychiatry at the Maudsley, in medical psychotherapy at the Tavistock, and is a Fellow of the British Psychoanalytical Society. She is Clinical Director of 10 Windsor Walk. In her NHS practice she is consultant psychiatrist at the Maudsley where she leads the Specialist Self Harm Service and teaches and supervises junior doctors training to become psychiatrists. She established the Institute of Psychoanalysis' Maudsley Lectures in Psychoanalysis which have been running since 2015.

William has spent the last fifteen years supporting charities with their risk management and governance processes, to which he brings the pragmatism he learned as a young man. William has lived with HIV for upwards of thirty years and learnt first-hand the pressure it places on mental wellbeing. As a result, he is passionate about increasing access to mental healthcare and he is impressed by how 10 Windsor Walk has identified gaps in provision and responded with simple cost-effective solutions. William also serves on the 10WW Finance Subcommittee. William is Emma Staples Hotopf's brother-in-law.

Francesca Hume uses her experience as a Psychoanalyst and Clinical Psychologist to advise on the Advisory Committee. Francesca is a Fellow of the British Psychoanalytical Society and a Consultant Psychologist at the Tavistock, where until recently she was the the Head of the Adult Psychology Discipline and Course Director for the Tavistock’s Adult Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Training (M1). Her theoretical interests include Kleinian and post-Kleinian theory which she teaches and writes about. As well as working analytically, she has a particular clinical interest in working with groups. She has a private analytic practice in South London and runs clinical seminars and supervision groups in the UK and abroad.

Matthew Kowlakowski sits on the Advisory Committee and is also a practising and exhibiting artist making contemporary artworks exploring the discourse that informs creativity. Matthew led a successful Art & Design department for 12 years and has instigated and developed international creative projects, community engagement initiatives and borough-wide funding management for arts and cultural activities. As an administrator and support worker for 10WW, Matthew assisted the new CIC through the recent pandemic to bring independent, embedded psychoanalytic services to South London. Concurrently he is studying on the Post Foundation course in psychoanalysis and volunteering at the South London and Maudsley Trust.

John Lawrence has been part of the Advisory Committee since 10WW was founded in 2018. He focuses on strategy and finance issues and serves on the Finance Subcommittee. John has had an executive career in management consulting advising the boards of financial services firms. For the past 12 years he has worked in corporate governance serving as chairman of an international transportation firm and as an independent director for a marine liability insurer. John has a degree in physics, an MBA and an MSc in Latin American Development. He is currently a PhD candidate studying corporate governance in Peru.

Advisory Committee member Dr Kate Pugh is a Child and Adult Psychoanalyst and Fellow of the British Psychoanalytical Society, currently working privately. She was Consultant Psychiatrist and tutor in Psychotherapy at Central and North West London Trust from 2000 to 2021 and is now a Training and Supervising Analyst for the Institute of Psychoanalysis. Dr Pugh teaches in Universities including the Psychoanalytic Studies Msc course at UCL, as well as teaching and supervising Chinese students in Beijing. Dr Pugh also runs clinical workshops at 10WW including Seminars on Child Analysis and the Psychosomatic Workshop.

Fatima Martinez del Solar is Board member of 10WW and a Psychoanalyst and a Fellow of the British Psychoanalytic Society with over thirty years experience in the psychoanalytic field. Fatima was a Parent – Toddler Leader at the Anna Freud Centre and The South London and Maudsley NHS Trust, where she was awarded ‘Highly Commended’ for her role in the success of the group which ran in Peckham for over fourteen years. For sixteen years Fatima was Head Teacher and a shareholder of Little Villa Educational Association in Peru, which ran teaching and professional development programmes for teachers and parents. Fatima now leads the 10WW Therapeutic Play Group.
